Zero tolerance for nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content. Your account will be permanently banned without warning.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in some EU countries). Providing a false birthday may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice. Age requirements may change based on laws.
Users under 18 are subject to enhanced safety measures: enhanced content review, interaction monitoring, and communication safeguards.
Adults contacting multiple users under 18 may be subject to review and enforcement, including account suspension/termination and 365+ day data retention.
Messages may be reviewed to protect minors, including communications between adults and minors AND between minor users. Messages are NOT end-to-end encrypted.
Direct messaging requires mutual following. Both users must follow each other before they can exchange direct messages.
Delete your account in Settings > Account > Delete Account. After a 30-day recovery period, your account and data are permanently and irreversibly deleted. Deleted content retained up to 90 days; reported content or legal matters: 365+ days. Deactivation is a separate, temporary option.
You own what you create, but you grant Currot license to display and distribute it. Public content is visible to admins for moderation.
No harassment, hate speech, violence, or spam. Be authentic and respectful. Violations lead to content removal or bans.
Account info (including birthday for age verification and safety), content you share, device info, and usage data. Your email and phone are private. We do NOT sell your data.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest via Google Cloud Platform. We respond only to government/court legal requests, not private civil parties without valid legal process.
We may use anonymized, de-identified data for academic research (limited to users 18+) and child safety research (aggregate patterns from all users with additional safeguards). The Service may include experiments to improve features. No individual user can be identified from published research.
Access, correct, or delete your data. Download a copy of your information. We respond within 30 days.
Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration, not court. You waive the right to class action lawsuits. You may opt out within 30 days.
Anonymous Asks are designed for honest connection, not harassment. Sender identity can be disclosed to legal authorities when required. You remain legally responsible for content you send anonymously.
Usernames are owned by Eliary Inc., not users. Usernames representing official entities, governments, or notable public figures may be modified by the platform to prevent confusion.
AI-generated profiles and AI-operated accounts are not permitted. Accounts identified as AI-based will be restricted or permanently banned.
